Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting service@sovriein.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Address Changes

Address changes may be requested before shipment. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters fulfillment or carrier handling.
