Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when reasonably possible.

How to Request a Return

Contact service@sovriein.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for return.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is customer-paid.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will help with a replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost where applicable.

Refund Timing and Method

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
